At Scholar Titans, we don’t just teach Coding & Robotics, we build innovators and problem solvers. Today, we proudly celebrate an outstanding achievement by the MH Baloyi Secondary Coding & Robotics team, made up of learners from our 2024 and 2025 classes.
This remarkable team secured 1st place at District Level with their innovative Flood Detection Robot project and continued their success by winning the British Council Collaboration Competition.

There were given a real-world challenge of flooding, using their knowledge of Arduino, sensors, and robotics, they designed a system capable of detecting rising water levels and triggering early warnings to help protect communities. This is innovation with purpose.
They didn’t stop there.
Through collaboration, the team explored environmental challenges, developing STEM based solutions to improve biodiversity and promote sustainability, proving that technology can drive meaningful change beyond the classroom. These achievements reflect more than just skill, they represent dedication, teamwork, and the courage to solve real problems.
To the learners of MH Baloyi Secondary: you have made us incredibly proud. You have shown what is possible when knowledge meets purpose.

“You didn’t just build a robot; you built a solution. You didn’t just win but you proved the future belongs to those who create it.”
